Sprint Distance Training Plan (Novice)

This 8-week training program is designed for the beginner triathlete. It is designed for a beginner athlete to comfortably complete a sprint-distance triathlong consisting of approximately 0.5 mile (800 metes) of swimming, 11-15 miles of cycling, and 3.1 miles of running. Details of the training plan are all described in the downloadable training program.
